Problem Pets: Attacks by loose dogs are an issue
Benjie, an 18-month old golden retriever, is an energetic pup who has lately been the center of a series of unprovoked incidents, the latest of which landed a neighbor dog in the pound. Though Benjie recovered quickly from the most recent attack by the neighbor dog that left him with minor scratches, the ongoing troubles greatly distressed his family and added to the workload of police.
